In 2024, she retired from her successful 18-year transportation business, TBS Facility Services Group, which she founded and managed with her children. The acronym TBS stands for "To Be of Services," reflecting her commitment to serving others. At the time of her retirement, TBS was recognized as a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), an 8(a) graduate, a HUBZone participant, and a GSA schedule holder. As a sole owner, Tasha adeptly navigated the complexities of the industry, establishing a strong foundation for her future endeavors in business coaching and community support.
Tasha is also a published author, with works including her memoir, *Finding My Why: Forgiveness But No Apology*, and *Empowering Entrepreneurs: Your Guide to Success in Federal Contracting*. Through her writing, she shares her insights and experiences, inspiring individuals to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams and navigate the challenges of the business world.
Today, Tasha is a dedicated business coach and the founder of the Phoenix Reintegration Project (PRP). She is passionate about inspiring individuals to create their own businesses and successfully reintegrate into society. With an ambitious goal of empowering 500 businesses over the next five years, she spearheads transformative initiatives that promote entrepreneurship and social progress.
As a grandmother, Tasha cherishes the time spent with her family, often spending time outdoors in her RV on her lot. This love for family and exploration fuels her commitment to making a positive impact in her community. Through PRP, Tasha provides innovative technological solutions and resources tailored for emerging entrepreneurs, ensuring they have the support needed to thrive.
